Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased in the last 30 days.

• The item is in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund:

To Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at stingsgone@gmail.com to inform us that you wish to return your product. Please include your proof of purchase or order number.

2. Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We recommend that you send the items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
